How to make Palak Paneer

1 Palak (Spinach) – 200 gram

2 Paneer – 125 gram

3 Namak (Salt) – 1tsp

4 Tamater (Tomato) – 2 (grated)

5 Haldi (Tumeric) – 1tsp

6 Cream – 1 to 2tsp

7 Gram masala – 1tsp

8 Jeera (Cumin) – 1tsp

9 Rai – 1tsp

10 Lal Mirch Powder (red Chilly Powder ) – 1tsp

Making Palak Paneer

1 Boil the palak or spinach and grind it in grinder pot until it becomes smooth.

2 Cut the Paneer in small pieces and shallow fry it.

3 Take a pan to add oil in it and then add Cumin seeds, rai, red chilly powder, turmeric, gram masala, salt and mix it well.

4 Add the grated tomato and mix it for two minutes.

5 Add the grated palak to it and mix it well.

6 Add the paneer and mix it well.

7 Add the cream to add the little sweet flavor to it and stir it for 5 minutes and off the flame.


Palak Paneer can be served with rootis, Puris, Parathas, tanduri rootis,etc.
