So lets towards the recipe

Ingredients

For Bread Pakora Filling

1 Potato (Aloo) – 3 to 4 Boiled & Mashed

2 Cumin Seeds(Jeera) – 1 tsp

3 Coriander leaves (Dhania Patta)– ½ cup (chopped)

4 Oil (Tel) – 1 tsp

5 Green Peas(Vatana ) – ½ cup Boiled (optional)

6 Tumeric Powder (Haldi) – 1tsp

7 Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirch) – 1tsp

8 Green Chilli  (Hari Mirch) – 1tsp (optional)

9 Salt (Namak) – 1tsp

For Making Batter

1 Gram Flour – 200 gram

2 Baking Soda – 1tsp (optional)

3 Carom Seeds – 1tsp

4 Salt (Namak) – 1tsp

5 Water (Pani) – 1 cup (Add as you needed)

For Frying Bread Pakora

1 Oil (Tel) – 2 cup

2 Bread – 5 to 6 slices

Preparation of Bread Pakora Filling

1 Take 3 to 4 potatoes, cut each of them into 4 pieces and boil it in cooker or pan covering it.

2 After that remove the outer covering of potatoes & then smashed it with a spoon or knife.

3 Boil the green peas also.

4 Take a pan and add 1tsp of oil heat it on medium flame.

5 Then add cumin seeds until crackle then green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt & allowed it for 1 secs.

6 Add mashed potato, green peas and mix it well.

7 Add coriander leaves and mix it well and off the flame.

Preparation of Gram Flour Batter

1 Take a medium size bowl to add the gram flour then baking soda & salt & carom seedsMix them well.

2 Add water slowly and make the batter smoothAvoid lumps.

For Frying Bread Pakora

1 Take a pan heat oil on medium flame.

2 Take bread & cut it from middle evenly.

3 Take a slice of bread & put the potato filling and press it another slice of bread.

4 Then deep that slice of bread in gram flour batter evenly.

5 Put that slice of bread in the pan and deep fry it.

6 Fry the bread pakora until becoming golden brown.

7 After frying take out that bread pakora from pan.

Serving of Bread Pakora

Bread Pakora can be served with green chutney, tomato sauce, tamarind chutney, curd etc
