How to make Besan Ladoo

Various types of ladoo made in India like Boondi ladoo, motichur ladoo, coconut ladoo, rava ladoo, sabodana ladoo, wheat ladoo, Sattu ladoo, Tilli ladoo, Peanut ladoo, Mava ladoo, Gond ladoo, etc.
So let’s start
Cuisine – Sweet Prep Time- 20 minutes
Cook Time – 15 minutes Total Time – 35 minutes
1 Besan – 2 cups
2 Sugar (Chini) – 3 cups
3 Ghee – 1 cup
4 Water (Pani) – 1 cup
5 Oil or Ghee – 1 Pav (for frying)
6 Soda – 2 pinch
7 Orange Colour Powder (Jalebi Rang) – 2 pinch
8 Iayachi powder, Sundh Powder, Jayphal powder – 1 tsp
Making the Mixture for ladoo
1 Take a bowl to add the besan & sodaMix it well.
2 Add water slowly to make a dough.
3 Make the medium sized balls of dough and flatten the balls one one.
4 Make an rounded shape puri roller.
5 Take a pan to add oil for frying, heat it up on medium flame.
6 When oil heated then add puri and fry it one one until it’s color change to golden brown.
7 Allow the puri to cool on normal temperature and make pieces of it.
8 Take a grinder or mixer pot and add pieces and grind it until it becomes like thin mixture.
Making Sugar Syrup
1 Take a pan to add 3 cups of sugar and 1 cup of water & heat it up on medium flame.
2 Stir the sugar syrup slowly.
3 Heat on medium flame until sugar syrup become sticky.
Making the Ladoo
1 When the sugar syrup is ready then add grinded mixture to it.
2 Mix the mixture and sugar syrup well.
3 Then add 1 pinch cardamom powder, Ginger Powder, Nutmeg Powder to add flavor.
4 Allow the mixture little cool on normal temperature.
5 Take the mixture between palms and try to make rounded shape ladoo.
You can serve the ladoos garnishing with pistachios or dry fruits as you like.
